Hi Brad...I don't remember meeting you during our purchase of the 2008 Town and Country Limited which was finalized this afternoon. There are a few finishing touches that should be completed in our appointment next Wednesday at 1:00, but I wanted to commend your staff on their professionalism and kindness during a difficult time for me. My husband has esophageal cancer which has spread to other areas of his body and is experiencing some side effects. I especially want to commend Jerry, Francis and Chris for their patience in explaining functions of the car and processing the paperwork in an efficient and understandable way.
